Ive been doing this workout for 3 weeks about 3x a week. Today was the first time i actually kept up with you without having to stop the video for a longer break. With a 53 lb kettlebell also!. Thank you for this workout! Definitely one of my go toos

@@jtm_fit It was wild cuz during Rounds 8-12 in particular, I started working 5 sec rest into the minute between reps (my form was deteriorating and I know you said technique should be top focus), which left me with about 10-15 sec when I finished the reps before the next minute. I finished all the reps before each minute was up in those last 4 rounds, but man I was questioning a lot of things in my life and kept telling myself “if you quit this now in minute X, what else are you going to quit on today?” Those last 5 thrusters were pure pain!! But oh so good to collapse to the ground gasping for air after hahaha 🤙

I saw this workout on Instagram about 4-5 months ago and it's been my go-to when I'm pressed for time. The kettlebell, in general, has been completely revolutionary for my workouts. Can't recommend them enough. I have one that's 44 lbs., but it's time for an upgrade.

Oh man, this was great as I had not much time available. Grabbed a 28kg kettle bell and loved it. Followed it with the 6 minute abs workout and let’s just say my core is pathetic right now.

This was great. Completed it (barely) with a 20kg KB but feel great and managed to add a sandbag lift finisher! I can see that this one is a good progress meter.

This looks way easier on paper. Made the mistake of doing a bunch of pull-ups before this emom and then went with 70 kb on the routine. Bad mistake, I had to take a full minute between sets which still kicked my ass. I would have dropped weight, but my adjustable kb takes too long to adjust. Anyway, great programming!
