He didn't say he always "keeps", he said he always "takes" 500 dollars security deposit. He said that because the judge was like, if you say they never gave you any security deposit, how do you then come to offer to give them $500, and he said, "Because I always take 500 security deposit from my tenants."

People are saying, the 2nd one has the nerve to sue when she only paying 250. She's paying 250 cause it's not her choice to live there. She was helping her friend while the defendant did whatever it is that she was doing. The defendant is living at the plaintiff's parents house. So it's like she paying rent there but paying it towards her rent cause I'm sure she wasn't paying there. I'm pretty sure they had an agreement amongst each other to switch places.It wasn't the plaintiff's apartment in the first place so it's like if she had a lease and broke it. She would've still had that working against her as well. So she had to still pay that so instead of paying the plaintiff's parents .. she paid her rent. The plaintiff paid 250 and since she stayed there while the defendant was in California she paid utilities. The defendant said the person, she was dating gave her thousand dollars why not just pay that towards your responsibilities instead of blowing off at the casino. Also it seems to me if the defendant is paying for a rental you have money to pay your way. Now all this is on the plaintiff while you have a free place to stay plus the ticket. While you are just living your best life. Now I see why people don't help friends unless they really have it to give.

I was in the mall one time and there was a couple with their children. The husband was a black man. Beautiful dark skin! And the wife was a white woman really really pale with red hair. They had two children and both of them looked just like the plaintiff in the second case. Same hair color same complexion etc. I have always said that I think the most beautiful people on this planet are people that are born from someone with really dark skin and someone with fair skin and red hair. My mother was very pale with red hair and my dad is black. I did not get this beautiful hair color.

Rats create holes. If you have rats multiple times, that means that you're dirty and the rats can smell it and want in.

That’s not necessarily true, rats do create holes but it doesn’t mean the tenants were dirty. Many things come with having a dirty home and they didn’t have any other infestation of rodents. If rats want in they get in most likely because they have a nest near that area and feel comfortable there.
