I'm not even sure why it would matter since the kids aren't on social media...

what if the narcissist ex is doing the social media trashing, can it be used in court?

I've shared photos with an ex best friend of 5 years about some abuse my child experienced in attempt to get support from her about what I was going through. I thought I could trust her and she ended up printing them off, involving more people, completely disregarding my concerns and boundaries, twisting my words, and reporting it to governement officials. It turned out in my favor because I was doing the right things, but it could have cost me everything I had been fighting for up until that point. It also added a lot of unnecassary drama, stress, and loss that caused me to get distracted and lose focus on what was important.

I have to go to court on this Friday against my daughter's mother. I already have evidence that contradicts at least 75% of what she's accusing me off. I can use any and all advice that you can give.

My husband's opponents stampeded all over this advice. We're hoping it aids us immensely in his quest to change custody over to him from maternal grandparents. They insulted, they provoked, and they threatened him, had a friend pile on too, and then they deleted that message but not before we got it on a screenshot. And when they said to come see them if he has a problem with what they said, he responded, no we'll address that in front of a judge, they insulted him some more for that reaction. I am intensely curious as to how the quick tempered judge on the case will view all that. Due to that drama, I was intensely curious about this video. Thanks for posting, and LIKED.

Unfortunately, what people don’t realize is that they are headed for an eventual custody battle, and so they share all thoughts and emotions on FB. I have a friend that i know a year or two from now will be in a custody battle for sure. And they don’t even realize it and that everything they post now will eventually be used against them

My husbands ex literally messaged my MIL and told her not to post pictures of her kids in a group text thread. Not social media, a private phone text group message. One of the kids must have showed her a picture of whatever it was they were doing in the picture.

What do you do if you find something posted that you notice your District Attorney or Public Defender commenting on it, that has to do with the other side?

@@judgeanthony well hopefully my account being under this name and the fact she never knew my google passwords won’t link her to my comments. I don’t dare make a video though

But what if you’ve made videos on helping other woman as a domestic violence survivor? To help other women get out. Is that bad in custody court?

Your opinion doesn't always equate truth.

But facts do ur basically doing what most lawyers do try an hide the truth ! I call bs on the suppressing the facts ! I get where ur coming from an some thing i agree dont put out there , but when ur childs being abused an the court could care less , then i rhink u need to use every means possible to get the truth out there by any means possible ! Just my opinion but i am the 1 thats always had custody of my daughter for a reason despite being drug threw over 7 years of court , so what do i know !
