I wished a judge seen this 20 years ago when my mom used me as a pawn and weapon over her hate towards my father. I don’t speak to her and now because of her being able to abuse and alienate me for so long I have a hard time connecting with my father. I am an orphan who has two parents alive. I absolutely agree with you 1000% percent - The Family Court System did not and probably still does not recognize extremely dangerous Narcissists in the system. I went to them for help with extreme abuse on every level - and was attacked in so many dirty ways by my child's other parent. It tore our lives completely apart - even though I was and always had been the sole Caretaker and sole Provider for my Child. My now grown child and I both live daily with CPTSD & Trauma. Shame on the Family Court System who are so easily charmed by a Narcissist! I did win my case after 2 years of living a nightmare and several hundreds of thousands of dollars - but the cost on our lives is irreversible. 😖

I am going thru something so horrible I woulda never imagined my self in this situation my fiancé/ex fiancé is messing with my mental health I’ve never had an issue with my mental health she is so delusional and negative and she think she right and everyone else around is wrong and think I’m plotting something against her and that’s not the case at all on the contrary I am the only one that wants to help an it’s difficult for me because we just had my baby boy he is 7 months and I thank God every single day for this blessing I love my baby boy unconditionally I just been so overwhelmed lately I want to help but how can I help someone who doesn’t seem like they need the help it’s a very very long story to it even got to the point it got physical and I’ve never been the violent type raised Christian never had a criminal record the only thing I can do is leave it in God’s hand and pray for her and my baby boy and my step daughter I would cry my self to sleep for like two weeks and I would catch my self tearing up in random times I’m seeing a therapist and she is also but she has her master in social work so she knows how to manipulate me and the therapist to her advantage I just have my high school diploma but I go to work every single day ,she never really worked her entire life I don’t know what else to do I feel like I’m in a hole and can’t seem to get out

Not always. In my children’s case their father is a covert narcissist with a severe substance abuse problem and very violent. So of course he counter parents against me and gives gifts but he also abuses and neglects and doesn’t get the things he promises usually. I was the one having to keep his promises for him so they wouldn’t be so upset. Once they got older they saw the truth and decided they didn’t want him around anymore.

Someone trying to help me! In this situation for 40y this year. I didn't know what I was dealing with until a couple of years ago. He ticks all the boxes for covert narcissism. I have 3 adult children. My oldest is 30y and he has multiple special needs. I'm going to court later this month to get a protection order and barring order. My son lives at home. I am his full time carer. He could not live independently sadly. I have always been responsible for everything EXCEPT finance. I am SO tired. Talking is not good. Always Get things in writing as a witness statement.before hearing. Also, get court transcripts. to show that the judge not used your evidence and there is miscarriage of justice

A friend of mine was in a lesbian relationship/ marriage. They had a divorce and the birthing mother didn’t even read the divorce paperwork and signed it. On it it states that my friend has the choice in where their daughter lives. Now that she wants full custody, the birthing mother wants everything.
