Hey man, I really appreciate the review! Not gonna lie, it was a little tough to be called bland because I don't feel that I am, but that is mostly my fault as I am somewhat reserved of a person and I have tried to keep my personal life separate and distinct from the things I post on social media. In part because I find it distasteful when people leverage their spouses, kids, etc. for the sake of views. Still, a valid point on your end and those hard to swallow pills are probably the ones we need to hear the most. Again, appreciate the review bro. I'm proud to be a part of the community.

As far as “Experience” goes for Derek, while I understand you’re not really “grading” him there because he’s not natural and thus lacks the experience in programming naturally, BUT I feel like his seemingly total transparency about his experience with and knowledge of supplements and roids is *extremely* beneficial to many people, even those of us who’ve never used PEDs. I think he puts out good information, and let’s people know that essentially just because you’re taking roids and working out, that doesn’t mean that you’re gonna get fuckin jacked and be walkin around lookin like Shrek. While I’ve never used gear/PEDs, and likely never will, I still find a lot of value in the parts of his experience and info that he shares on his channel, if not for me then for others who are considering or actively taking/cycling roids, trying to educate them into doing things “properly”, effectively, and most importantly - *safely,* and without overdoing it. Moving forward, that is certainly something you could think about considering for future videos in this series: their experiences and info can be extremely useful to both those who take roids/PEDs *and* those who’ve never used them and either never would use ‘em or may be considering using them, because people like Derek let those who are on the fence know that roids are not the answer and your chances of suffering setbacks/negative/the horrific unwanted side effects are the same as getting Shrek levels of jacked, _which are also equal to the chances of nothing happening/receiving minor to no real gains and possibly even regressing

Glad I wasn't the only one who noticed RF's voice thing. I get the overall vibe that living in LA fried his brain, a lot of his moral blackpill, constant whining about women who are not worth anyone's time and his justification of "everyone does it" when he does something questionable puts me off. You can still tell he's a good dude but it looks like he's trying to "grow out" of morals in order to make a living.
@brella2209

RF's insistence that all natties secretly want to be on steroids but only don't do it out of fear seems like clear, obvious projection. The pseudo-realist justification of "everyone is secretly like that" is the oldest psychological cope in the book. Few people ever use it for things they think are right, only things they believe to be wrong.

Jason Gallant from Natural Gallant Bodybuilding actually has a whole separate channel where he exclusively discusses spirituality. Perhaps that explains why his bodybuilding channel is focused entirely on lifting and nothing else. Also, I couldn't disagree more about his humor. You have to approach it with a certain amount of irony, but I think he's a comedic genius. "Anti-comedy" is actually a great term for it, but, paradoxically, it's funnier than 99% of what's on youtube. I'd also say he has something I'd call anti-charisma, but again, it's so fresh relative to the canned, hack charisma we see people performing on here, it actually amounts to a new kind of charisma.

This question is for NH (obviously) but anyone can answer it! When I do my dumbbell rows, I feel a good connection with back, it's a good exercise. But when I rotate my hand to 45°, that's when I feel insane contraction in my lower lat. Does anyone experience this. In most people's explanation of the exercise, they almost never demonstrate the degree to which your hand is rotated. It's such a variable exercise, that I feel different parts of my back being targeted depending on my palm facing direction, how I bring my dumbbell up(in an arc), and where to bring it to (close to hip or chest). I want to know what is the best way of doing it

@53:00 idk about teenagers, but 2 buddies of mine were considering jumping on roids (1 had actually got some shit and MIGHT have already dosed once).. I showed them Derek’s channel and told ‘em to check out some of his videos (along with doing more research, obviously), as I felt there was some info that could be deemed vital to them making an informed decision.. *Both* of them decided against going the “enhanced” route, and ‘fortunately’ for my buddy who’d already acquired gear, he was able to offload it to the guy he was gonna be juicing with.. And I’d show his channel (as well as recommend a few other informational/educational sources) to anybody who’s either considering or is just starting to jump on gear

Same happened to me. I was considering going on TRT until I watched some of his videos. Then I was convinced otherwise.

@Natural Hypertrophy I have gym membership and adjustable dumbbells at home but have no bench. I can do all shoulder raises, bicep & hammer curls, elbow extensions, Stiff leg deadlift, RDL, forearm curls, all neck workouts & shrugs at home. How do I program days for home workout and gym workout ? I don't want home workout to effect my gym workout. I want to have extra arm day.

What I don’t understand about MPMD is that he says he won’t sell bunk products because of his reputation and integrity but then he welcomes dog$hit influencers on his channel.

Suggestion: Vigorous Steve. I'm considering going into medicine / nutraceuticals and I've learned a lot from his channel (still natural though). I commented once saying that and he replied saying he hoped that his channel didn't influence me to make a decision regarding using, or something along those lines. Dude is on gear and is honest about it, and provides advice to those who do make the choice to help minimize side effects. He is closely associated with MPMD though (and Leo and Longevity who, from what I heard recently, is a borderline narcissist abuser) and has promoted his supplements, which is definitely iffy.

I wish you did some program that focuses on the v taper and core. Maybe some anime physique with crazy wide shoulders and back with a lesser focus on the limbs, chest etc. I find the back and shoulders can take near endless beating even on consecutive days and not doing that limits their potential but presses will have to be sacrificed to a degree. I’m too dumb to make a program where this works, but some people share my views on the v taper being important and arms, legs and chest being secondary
