@@Anue_Kr15 secondes c'est un HIIT . Il a été prouvé que ce n'est pas en faisant 3h de sport que les résultats sont les meilleurs mais faire un HIIT était plus efficace. Se donner à fond à 200% pendant 45 sec. Repos 15 secondes. Certains font 30/30 et perdent des kilos, sont musclés énormément.

I do this every day with 5kg X2 dumbbells every day for the past one month. I lost 7kg in a month. I also do intermittent fasting and of course in calorie deficit. I'm so grateful for this video. Tw

OK, you two! I started working out again 3 months ago. I have used KZbin workout vids in the past and have been scouring KZbin channels for the perfect workouts. I came across your channel a couple of weeks ago, and I am hooked!!! I love your format of HIT, timers, and dumbells. No muss, no fuss. Let's just work out together and get this done!! I don't like the channels where they talk, talk, talk. Nobody got time for all that. I also have some shoulder pain and clicking ( not sure why ) but my instinct told me to strengthen and it will improve. Well, it has and I have also lost 10lbs. Thank you!! Please never leave!!

I was a bit lazy this week and skipped Monday & Tuesday. I felt like a bum today but knew I needed my routine. So, I did this one today with the intent on stopping halfway but I got in the groove. My daughter came home from work and saw me working out. She gave me air kisses because I looked sweaty . at that point, I just finished the warm up, folks!!!! Made it all the way to cool down, sweating buckets but feeling like a rockstar! Thanks J & T!!!

Love this one , I have had a really sore lower back (think sciatica) for couple days... tried a body weight workout yesterday and this am i did this one... LOVE IT ! 20-25-30lbs!!! BOOOYAH!! Feeling great! All standing was the perfect workout to get me back into routine after couple days. I did the 3 groups then went back and did 2nd and 3rd group again for total of 5 groups. Sweaty -Yes Please!

I have been following you guys since 2023. I was flirting around in the beginning because I have 2 total knee replacements and menopause did a number on my body, especially my midsection when I got serious about working out with yall it was the music. I started with the step to be beat workouts then I moved to the strength resistance workouts and I gage myself every so often. I could not get through this workout when I first started now it douable. I experiment with different dumbells and when you do the obliques I use my 15ld kettlebell. When Im done Im good and sweaty,I worked my body, and Im proud of myself. thank you both for your commitment.

I stopped while pregnant and after getting so toned and being only 7.7 stone i now just had my 6th baby and left 12 stone i was told due to my health i had to stop so I’m back to square one again! This has given me the kick up the bum to get started again loosing 5 stone isn’t going to be easy but i got to try! Followed your workouts for years i know with the help of your videos i can do it x

I loved this workout so much that I did the full 30 minutes instead of the intended 15 minutes now, and the rest later, due to time constraints. But it was just too good. And loved the blow up to bursting flames enactment at the end. You guys rock as always. Thanks🔥❣

Yeah… this was one hell of a workout. I’m a 25 year old 6ft male, I lost 20 lbs (237 -> 217) in 2 months with a calorie deficit and lots of walking but I knew I had to start strength training… I’ve never worked out before and I have like no muscles at all. I did 95% with 20lbs dumbbells (40lbs total) but I knew I couldn’t do the last one so I lowered it to 20lbs total. I feel it… everywhere. 😂 Also, thanks for making it all standing and not including lunges… I hate lunges I feel like my knee caps are going to pop out. 🙂
