This workout is amazing! At the end I am very sweaty! I used to be 157 and at first I didn’t have this video and went down to 155 and then I started to do this workout consistently for about a month I’ve went from 144 to 135 ! I have fixed my diet HUGELY I do this video along with a 15 minute cardio, my own ab workout and arm workouts and running i am so pleased. I’m only 20 pounds away from my goal thank you so much!

Its sad hearing this, social media has ruined society and created toxic mindsets. When I was a kid (I am 28 now) nobody cared about approval, just go to school, socialize, do hw, and hangout with friends (outside, I know right crazy Lol) everyone generally got a long. Today's parents are a joke too.

I LOVED this workout! What makes it so great is that the short reps and constant breaks keep things interesting and most important DOABLE. Even if it's hard, 25 seconds is so much easier mentally than 60 seconds. I have a short attention span for workouts, so this was a big hit for me!!

I tried to one of the beach body insanity videos after a week of Juice and Toya and It was crazy. I did them in my early 20's but there no way now. It's 60 seconds of work, no break, 60 of the next set, no break, and so one. Eventually you do get breaks but it's truly *insanity*

@@gennakale Funny how a year later I'm looking back, and how far I have come with my workouts. I would never do this now because there is no resistance and too much cardio. Keep going and eventually you will find this easy.

I burned like 510 calories today I workout 4 times a week I do 2 HIIT workouts mainly this one Monday and Thursday and I do 2 Strength training days on Tuesday and Friday and Wednesday,Saturday and Sunday I have rest days and maybe some light exercises to prepare for Navy Boot camp like I do Push-Ups, Sit-ups, some jumping jacks and planks

My hubby and I found you all via KZbin about a year ago. Since working from home we wanted to find more activities to do together. When we came across your page we were excited and have been pleasantly pleased. The workouts have enough variety, cardio and strength training for me and hubby. We both get a good sweat. My favorite are all of the full-body videos. I have been on a fitness/be healthy journey for the past year and I'm much physically stronger than I used to be. I do these workouts with my son as well to cover his gym quota for online schooling and it is fun to have him as my partner. I also incorporate zumba, just dance challenges, pilates, and yoga.

I have gained some weight over the years since I developed knee issues and had to stop running. It's been hard to find good low impact workouts. I'm so glad I found you guys because your videos are perfect for me. Challenging enough to make me sweat and get my heart rate up but no pain in my joints. I also love how you don't repeat anything. The videos are challenging, interesting, and motivating. The intervals are just long enough for me to push myself through the exercise. Thank you!

Another kick ass workout! Boom!!! I trained all my life from the age of 20 for many many years. I haven't worked out for about 3 years now and ate whatever i wanted, great but i went from weighing on average 180 to now weighing 204 lbs. My 2023 resolution is to get back down to about 190 and these workouts with proper diet will get me there! This is my first week. Thank ya'll for great workouts! Peace and love

I've watched and done many HIIT workout videos, this one has to be the best one (in my personal opinion). Starts off with a good warm-up and straight to the work-out, easy to follow and super complex.

Did this workout this morning, hit my body right appreciate that content. I did well, was feeling a little bit exhausted at some points but caught my breath, I have improved a lot from when I first started watching you guys, getting that Greek God Physic couple more months should super lean, thanks again guys! These 2 are awesome. I do their workouts like 2- 3 times a week, and I love it. I never used to like lifting at all until I found them. Now I do it and I enjoy it. I also do the cool downs and the cardio. They have something for everybody and I love that. This is definitely my go-to now when I look for online workouts. And my body is the proof thanks to them. I've always been active and a competitor. From playing sports, prior military and law enforcement so working out has never been an issue, but sometime life will throw some unforeseen circumstances your way and you get off track. I am so glad I came across y'all KZbin page. I started this week and this is the third HIIT video I have completed and thus far my favorite one. It was challenging and the one I burned the most calories with. Eventually on some of these workouts I will most likely incorporate some weights (I love a challenge but need to build up my stamina). I also see you all have dumbbell workouts, so I will be viewing those workouts as well. Thank you!

No lie, that was the most fun I’ve had working out in YEARS! To be fair, I haven’t done any HIIT workout since I was in a car accident 5 years ago 😅 I didn’t get all the moves in this one totally right and I am definitely slower than y’all, but I am sweating my face off and I loved every moment of it! Even when I was yelling “I HATE YOU!” at my screen for the last few exercises 😂 thank you for creating such a fun and effective workout! Can’t wait to do more with you!!

Week 4 Day 3! Had to hype myself up for todays workouts, but once I'm in it and know how good I'm gonna feel after, I push through! Mostly stuck to low impact modifications (aforementioned apartment living) buuuut this Friday I'm gonna do the AMRAP workout somewhere else where I can jump as I please! Also, I looove how y'all save the core workouts for last in most full body exercise videos, those are a favorite of mine and are great to end with 🔥

I love your workout videos, especially this one! Love the design of the video, the minimal/loft background, the music beat and the fact that each work is only 24-30 seconds long, so I don't feel too fatigued or bored with each exercise. And most of all, I love that you included the warm up and cool down routine too. Overall, it's just perfect!! ❤️ Thank you so much for turning a couch potato like me to be someone who's looking forward to exercise every morning. Keep up the good work!! Did this after a 2 mile run and though I’m “skinny” I’m not very fit so this was definitely a good workout. Can’t wait to do more and get more fit!

Week 4 day 3: along with the iso finisher I burned 316 calories! I’ve always loved cardio bc I feel so light after as if my arteries have been cleaned out😂This workout was very refreshing after a few days of dumbbell workouts

Thank you for all your videos. Your workouts deliver results! I burned 420 calories on this workout video. I love the pace and the realistic modifications. love that you have so many times available to select from. With being a very busy mother, I know I can do your 15 minute work out if time pressed and get a good total body burn just like if I do your 30 or 45 minute. You 2 are the truth!! Thank you 💪🏾

I took a break of three month from exercising daily because my self worth was on the floor and I wasn’t exercising for the correct reasons. Now I have a much better mentality and this is a great workout to start my healthy fitness journey

Love this workout: great variety, love the music and lack of constant talking. Intervals are great, not too long in between. Visual timers and the audio cues are perfect for when I want to follow more closely or zone out and close my eyes. Thank you!

I just did this workout. What I love is that there is not a lot of talking. And the workout is so good I didn't realize it's 30 mins

I LOVE these workouts! Well edited, clear instructions, and your chemistry is great! I'm getting back in shape after surgery, so I really appreciate the modified option, though I'm doing more of a modified version of the modified version right now lol

This was so challenging I loved it, did half of it with my daughter in my arms because she wasn’t having it. But I didn’t let that stop the show! Mommy has to get these gains baby girl!

Week 4, Day 3 [16/11/22]; Workout completed! I can not believe I just burned 224 calories and haven't done the finisher with 10 minutes left. I feel so proud for not giving up, especially on the burpees which allows me to say I finished strong this one! On my way to the 10 minutes finisher.
