Honey, you are not alone. I have systemic lupus and rheumatoid arthritis is part of the package. But you know what? I found a great rheumatologist specialized in nutrition, and he prescribed a vegan, whole food diet. I haven't had arthritis in a year!!!! Hope this helps.

I've got depression too.. at my lowest I've ever been. Somehow I've managed to work out for 15 minutes a day, 4 days a week (for four weeks straight!). I still don't know how I manage. If we can do it, anyone can :)

Great Monday workout to get the week started. I added 3lb hand weights to this workout and burned 250 calories. You can keep it loose and dance with the moves or make it more controlled either way you will get what u need. Ibtried both lol. This workout is proof that you don't need super intense cardio, heavy weights or hours to get a good workout in, burn good calories and move your body. Just give yourself 30 min and stay consistent.
