Tap in with us for a 10 minute full body stretch / mobility routine that will help you build flexibility and boost your mood at the same time. This flow can be done as a warm up, cool down, or as an everyday routine to help you get into training or recovery. Each stretch will be done nice and easy to some of our favorite R&B instrumental beats. The stretches focus on specific problem areas that we commonly see which is shoulders, hamstrings, hip flexors, and back. Some of the stretched may be more difficult for you than others, so we recommend pausing when needed or disregarding the beat and going at a pace that works for you. Pair this with some of our other “To the Beat” workouts for an overall fun training experience. As always give this a go and let us know if you’d like to see more like this!

I’ve been doing your videos for years and absolutely love them! This is my first time doing this video and I noticed that your “up next” for the 3rd stretch is actually for the previous stretch @ 3:37. Just wanted to let y’all know in case you hadn’t noticed.

This little old lady of 47 years is stiff as a board. Should be doing yoga and mobility training according to my physiotherapist, but I unfortunately rarely have the patience for yoga but rather play volleyball and do the necessary strength training. This short stretch session, however, I can manage. Thanks!
