Hi Julie, I tried the recipe with the exact method you showed, and it turned out so delicious. It's so easy to prepare and the masala tastes so yummy. Madam wat about the bone in the bombil, if added in vinegar it will taste like mud bcoz the bone gets dissolved in the vineger

Method of preparation is good.But quantity of each Ingredient exactly how much to take for grinding is not mentioned.Also quantity of Bombay ducks not mentioned.A experienced cook will be able to cook this Bombay Duck pickle but a new person who has never cooked will be confused how much quantity would be required

I have seen some of your recipes looks good but the problem is you didn't mention the quantities of the ingredients, if I try your recipe at home how i know how much to add for example :- red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp, turmeric 1/3 tsp you must give the correct information otherwise it won't be good so please give the correct quality of the ingredients thanks.
