You two are such a cute couple! I really need to get the 10 day detox book from the library. I’ve never liked having to read a diet type book. Don’t want to know all in’s and outs just the bottom line. But I’ll skip those parts and get to what I need to do, eat and not eat. If I can just lose 15 lbs, I’d be more motivated and content for a start.

Hi sweet lady❤ I’ve been absent for three months but looking forward to your videos again👏👏 I tried Keto Krate for a few months but as weather got hotter, I stopped as chocolate will melt … FAST. And the last Krate I really only ate three out of the box , I have no one to share with so , I trashed the rest 😩😢I’ll play devils advocate , I personally , can’t eat spicy foods due to the issue of acid reflux and the majority of the box is “ usually” spicy😫 And I am an odd ball that does not like “ bars” , but I love Choc Zero so I’ll probably restart my shipments in October👍🏻 I hope you’re feeling better.
