Great video(s) man. I noticed at the end you said you are using a weighted rope. I currently use a speed rope for running purposes. Does it matter the type of rope you do?

I actually learned high knees before running in place and skipping. I only just learned how to run in place and skip. Such simple moves but I struggled for weeks with those.

I need to practice, I used to be able to do these tricks but last week I added jump rope as part of hiit training and regular bounce is as good as I get atm - new subbie here and will be trying out some of your workouts too

I always revert to running in place or high knees when I feel like I'm about to mess up doing regular bounces, it's so fustrating.

Elbows in arms close to sides. Keep upper arms + elbows pulled back behind torso! I've noticed this is the first thing that goes in my form and I trip.

bernard bannister - the problem is that you just need to keep practicing and find YOUR bounce. It's a lil different for everyone but if you keep at it, you'll get it! Like riding a bike!

Gagan Kumar - we can't. We don't know anything about you, your metabolism, or how much intensity you're going to bring. if fat loss is your goal focus on calories consumed, not burnt.

The ending was heading south for me real quick, received a sense of overstepping personnel boundaries with that whole enuendo pun. Which frankly in my opinion wasn't even delivered with much confidence. It was very childish and unassured. Maybe if you said like you meant it, I would have felt differently. ... Just a tip.😏
