I did 30-35 mins jumprope HIIT workouts for a month, And alough I took 5-10 sec more breaks each round i completed this. I was 99kg 2 months ago now i'm at 93kg, 23 kg more to go

for the past two weeks i keep on breaking my own jumping rope record. i did 800 jump ropes in 1hr 20min and i am only 12 yr old and i am not 13 am going to keep on jumping for 1 month and see my results. @@HB-yk4utthat's a ton of calories being burnt, so tracking calories isn't an issue as long as your eating foods that are high in protein or volume (meat, popcorn, egg whites etc) then your good

I lost 2lbs this week 😆 just by doing 1000 jumpropes in 30 minutes and 10 minute workout from Hana Milly and following a calorie deficit for my diet... my goal is to lose 100lbs I have to lose my baby weight and the weight I gained just being lazy in my relationship before the baby lmao but I'm doing this for my baby boy and my boyfriend but ultimately myself ! I wanna feel good again and I don't want a hip replacement at 27 years old so I gotta lose weight. Thank you jump rope dudes for the motivation. It's hard but I take little breaks whenever I need it I'm just not gonna stop. Starting weight- 260 Current weight- 258 Goal weight- 160

I followed this workout today and it was great! I use the chest strap heart rate device (polar) and needed to go a bit more to reach 800 calories. I’m 6’1” 264 lbs and looking to get somewhere between 200-220 lbs. thank you!!

I am 173 cm tall, 59 kg weight. My stupid smartwatch after this workout showed me 905 calories burned. I find it hard to believe and even half of it would be impressive. I've never used a jump rope before, so far I've only been running and I've never seen such a result after an hour of activity. At the moment I'm sweating like a wild hippo, but I'm still impressed with the effectiveness. I am superglueing this jump rope to my hands. Thank you!

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss.

So, I’ve tried jumping rope but after about 2-3 minutes I get a crazy intense headache. This is the only activity I’ve tried that affects me this way. Running, lifting weights etc, no problem. Anybody else experience this?

You are a beast!! Because of the quarantine, I have been getting into rope jumping. Today I just did 10 sets of 1 minute jump - 1 minute rest. I didn't count how many jump I did, but I believe it should be around 1,200. My goal is 1.30 minutes jumping and 45 seconds rest for 10 sets.

Hey Dan, here I go again, Day 3 of following this video... what I love about this video is that I can do anything I don't have to do no shuffles no side laterals no boxer jumps I can vary into any form of jump... all I have to do is follow the timer.. targeting 800 kcals n I know 1 hr isn't sufficient for me to burn that... but I'm using a 1.1. lbs rope lets see how much I keep up with you, I'll come back later with my update.... I just wanna remain accountable, this is where I think I can, don't mind me hopping in here everyday :) edit: got 600 kcals only in 1hr 14 minutes n I'm tired cant jump anymore, will train shoulders and a bit of legs for the remaining 200 kcals....

I used to jump rope everyday from august 1 2020 to mid december. Then due to some personal issues, and a lot of procrastination, I stopped doing it. And now I feel like I've made the right decision by continuing to do it. Not gonna lie JRD, I miss watching you guys' video every week and improving my schedule and diet according to it. I used to be able to jump for 30 minutes straight, but now I'm only able to do it for 10 minutes. Man, I hate losing progress. But I swear that I'll be back to my top form by the end of may, or I'll be even better. Keep doing what you're doing JRD, it's cuz of y'all that I was so consistent back then and now as well, starting today.
