good tip. One thing I want to add is always chew food properly, feel the taste and texture while eating , and eat slow. With this not only its easier to portion control, but sometimes when you actually pay attention while eating, you realise that the junk food you ate is not even that tasty 😅

Yes you are right...few days back i had one of popular paratha roll...the taste was way good, but after coming back home and vomit..the impact was in my mind and i never went near to paratha roll ..

Bhaiya like mai Full body lgata hu but mai hr muscle k liy ek lgata hu but chest k liy 4 exercise or back k kiy four exercise because zyada muscle hai kya yeh sahi h aur one moe thing ki mai student hu tih in total 12 exercise hogyi hai toh kya mai half exercise ek din aur rest agke din kr skta hu

Mai na 7 k months phele gym shuru kita c and 1 month baad mai whey protein laina shuru kita te oh mai leya almost 4 months lai but like 5th month mere urine ch whey di smell aan lg gayi te mai chd ta phir 2 k months phele. please je ho skda ta daseyo ohde ihde ki reason ho skde protein ch problem ya body ch possible? Main Portugal ch rehna and doctor kol v jaan da time haini and ithe test v and 2 months baad vaari aandi appointment laini paindi . So daseyo je help kr skde plz

What changes need to be made in the diet or exercise routine? 2. One of my friends just started lifting, or you can say, started exercising. Will the Push Pull Legs split give the best results? (This is my opinion because when I started, it gave me the best results).
