it's a rental and a dodge challenger, it's a highly suspicious drug trafficking vehicle. also not uncommon to find guns and drugs stashed in them and left behind, so be careful getting pulled over.

25 years ago when I was in college, I got pulled over so much it was insane. But now maybe once a year. The police do have an impossible job I couldn’t imagine doing it-understanding from good people like Tim only helps.

Why wouldn't you leave your stuff in the car, hitch a lift with the tow truck driver and then get your stuff out, once you, the tow truck driver and the car arrive at Enterprise together ?

People were getting arrested on a daily basis renting cars from enterprise recently, don’t know how they keep screwing that up. I see it’s still an issue

@@nobull4414 I heard a story about a guy who stopped at a convenience store or something like the day after he picked the car up, a cop ran the plate it came back stolen. I am pretty sure he rented it for like a week or something, never mentioned the lease was up for having the car

@@BigMoney23223 this happen all the time. They call us and file it breach of trust for non-return. Then when they get it back, in their infinite wisdom, don't call us back to have it removed from NCIC. So it sits there as stolen until a cop or tow company runs the tag. It is easily explained away and the driver RARELY gets arrested! I have no idea what big money is talking about, but I deal with this on a weekly basis in LE so this is first hand knowledge.

Same thing happened to me with enterprise . Everything was expired. I wound up getting tickets and had to get enterprise to give me the updated paperwork. And go to court for it.

Why? It makes perfect business sense. Don’t register all your vehicles, if someone gets pulled over, pretend you’re shocked, and apologize. But if no one gets stopped you’re generating revenue with lower costs. Enterprise also owns Alamo and National. They have 2.5 MILLION cars. If they fail to register just 1% that’s 25,000 cars at (low ball) $50 apiece. IOW, $1.25 million per year in savings.

Smh. Black man here. Been pulled over 15 times on a road trip from MN to WY when I was bout 26. I was pulled over that many times as I was on visa work at the time and there were complications with my visa and license. No incident. Speak clearly and act like you have sense. For clarification my license was seen as suspended on their system but actually wasn’t as I had my paperwork from the DMV, it just hadn’t been updated on their system. So every time they scanned my plate it would pop for suspended license.

If you act with respect, you most often get that back. He got pulled over way too many times and that is a problem. Because he showed respect, which you appear incapable of, he continued on his way.

Happened to me in South Carolina. Expired tag. Was told I was responsible seeing how I signed the contract. I told him I agreed as far as safety is concerned. However, taxes I am NOT. Got a warning.
