I’m in my mid 50’s and my parents are in their mid 80s- married for 63 years. They still live on their own and are doing well. I’m so grateful.

I probably will lose her too in my 30s or 40s :/ I cant imagine living without her AT ALL. She is MY LIFE. It makes me so sad that you continue to live on without them and wonder how they would be like and living life without them feels like faking it somehow because something is missing.

He met Janice 10 years later and got remarried. Ed and Joanne remained friendly for the sake of their children and grandchildren to come.

Yeah, I know I was my Dad's favorite. 😉 He's gone now but I was his favorite. My Mom's favorite is my brother, her only son.
