The bravery and moral integrity of the Yemenis is inspirational. The 'collective west' will try to make us forget their heroism, and that of the Palestinians. We will always remember
@DaFinkingOrk9 күн бұрын
There seems to be a whole "west Vs the rest" things going on (not the people of the west, in fact there's simultaneously a boiling frog situation and dirty war from inside against them). Meanwhile India are just doing India things, and China are sat patiently watching everyone else but getting ready rapidly because they know that they'll be next. But Russia have successfully defended themselves it seems, and various European countries are getting rebellious (then having their elections cancelled or ignored). That's the hope I think, Russia, that the US elites will take a big L and get pushed back. Yemenis, Iranians and all the genuine resistances in the region will hold out due to their bravery and that many of them have nothing to lose. That's also like a firewall stopping the US from totally dominating a large and important region of the world.

True, and imagine if only the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank had a similar ability and capacity as the occupation oppressor, these decades of oppression and genocide would probably be nullified, minimized, or obliterated effectively. But because of the restriction, the Palestinians are suffering. As for Turkiye, Erdogan differs from the Ottoman Empire before Sultan AbdHamid II's dethronement, but we shall see how it goes.

I have always instinctively knew these "wars" (Iraq, Syria) had evil undertones, but until the current situation, I never understood about the siege in Gaza, the settler activity in West Bank, or what the conflicts were about. Today, the world had become binary to me. I am realizing, with great clarity, the Pslestinian people truly have no option except resistance. Its so much more than liberation. Because of this, I too have no choice but to resist in every way possible, no matter what. I am very grateful for these videos. I learn a great deal here. Thank you so much Justin.

To your point about US/Israeli plans re: Egypt, a story published today by Middle East Monitor titled, 'Ex-Israel envoy accuses Egypt of breaching peace deal' starts with the following: "David Govrin, Israel’s former ambassador to Cairo, has accused Egypt of breaching the peace treaty between the two countries and warned Tel Aviv about Egypt’s growing military strength, Sama reported, citing Yedioth Ahronoth." It does indeed appear that the old playbook of creating provocations for war is fully in use.

@LouisLinggandtheBombs6 күн бұрын
You are absolutely right. The US and Israeli armies have lost their edge and they did this in front of the entire world. This makes them vulnerable but also very desperate and therefore very dangerous. The Israeli invasion of Syria could be a total disaster for Israel but so far, there's no organized force that is there to resist them right now. In the long term, this kind of invasion will stretch the Israeli army to breaking point.

Ansarallah said they attacked the USS Gettysburg with drones and cruise missiles after which the F/A 18 was shot down. Drones and cruise missiles can't shoot down fighter jets so it sounds like they managed to confuse the USS Gettysburg's air defences. Almost as significant as the plane being shot down is that the whole USS Truman strike force has retreated (after training for 6 months) so it looks like a major attack has been forestalled

This may be my first comment ever, but I think you're right that perhaps we are naive in our perspective of things. China (especially) and Russia see this as a long term adjustment of the order. I am not condoning their view but if you look at the effect in the Sahel it has had arguably the most dramatic anti-imperial impact in Africa since the 60's. All is tentative but we may see some sort of ying yang to this assault on Palestine. Though I do wish they would be more forward with their support and actions these powers seem to be fully committed to the long term. Perhaps that's from their own history and pain dealing with the imperialist powers.

@eastvandamn9 күн бұрын
Always glad to see a new video here. I agree it's likely the F22s weren't friendly fire but even if both really were it still shows that the resistance is creating battle situations that the imperialists cannot control. They are paper tigers. The resistance there is very ideologically strong and this will ultimately sustain them. The Baathist state endured a lot in terms of the destruction of the national economy, alienation of the national resources/patrimony and the prolonged dirty war but what ultimately did them in was the ideological vacillation of the top leadership resulting in widespread ideological deterioration in the officer corps and Syrian Arab Army rank & file. There is zero sign this is happening with the Lebanese or Yemeni forces. Such ideological strength will also return to bloom in Syria and HTS and all other collaborators and oppressors will be swept aside. The masses are constantly learning and advancing.
@eastvandamn9 күн бұрын
Clarification: obviously it won't be the US/Turkish/Israeli generated Wahhabi compradors/mercenaries who redevelop resistance in Syria. They exist to be an impediment to that but they will be swept aside.

Both Yemen and USA may be right imo. Edit: Actually, reading through the comments makes me think EW causing an IFF error is most likely. Edit2: @AkibBalalLaskar might be right too (Yemen shot it down and USA lied) and it is lost in translation or just a misunderstanding what I think the spokesperson meant. Old post: Yemen is the only nation on earth to fire anti ship ballistic missiles so it is possible SM-2s were being launched for that but got confused and targeted their own plane. I hear SM-2's (2 million$ +) are used against Houthi drones (~2,000$) too so that could be it although I think the first is more likely. Either way from what I hear from Yemen's spokesmen the only people launching surface to air weapons were the USA.

Thank you Justin for your dedication to the people of Palestine. I do wish that more people would ask about the role of Russia with Israel and Netanyahu. I’ve seen plenty of photos of Putin with the Netanyahus, looking pretty chummy. Plus Putin wearing a tiny hat near the wailing wall. It’s shocking that practically no one is asking about this or speculating what the effect this type of alliance (if there is one) would have on the resistance and/or on strategic moves by Russia and possibly Iran. To me, I can’t help but feel that both Russia and Iran sold out the resistance. Perhaps for slightly different reasons, but it feels that both ultimately want western acceptance and security. Also, I still think that the death of Raisi warrants ongoing scrutiny especially in the light of Iran’s current actions and stance. Where is True Promise 3?? Personally I feel pretty discouraged…

HOW can there be that many people in the west bank willing to participate in their own peoples killing and imprisonment?

but Westerners aren't the audience for the Resistance in the West Bank. By being extremely patient they are earning the trust and respect of Palestinians in the West Bank who are really tempted to turn a blind eye to the PA bc Palestinians in the West Bank wrestle with the choice of building wealth for the enemy or starving. It's easy for Westerners to point out that if everyone refused to work for the enemy... but Palestinians don't want to starve and/or be murdered while waiting for liberation.
