I think Tysons violent streak really comes from a survival instinct. All in trying to survive as a kid growing up. Fighting meant two fold for him: A way to stave off bullies and a means to succeed. One can only behave that way for so long after success, inner demons need to be addressed.

Honestly, a tragic case. One of the greatest fighters ever. But, Tyson was driven by sheer rage and insecurity throughout his life. I don't know much about boxing but I had heard stories of Don King being a dirtbag. Maybe if he hadn't had met Don. Mike wouldn't have found himself in such hard times post retirement. I just hope he's able to find his peace.

Tyson is as American as it gets. Supremely gifted, rags-to-riches, tough upbringing, the height of success, the lowest of lows, inner demons, tragedy, triumph, and wisdom that can only be gained by being through all those things. His life has been far from perfect, but that's what makes him even more American.

This is what happens when you have had a mentally and physically abused life as a child and people treat you like shit and walked all over you and made you feel to the lowest and this is what makes a person mentally different than the average person. Being bullied by people is a trigger to act in a certain way and manner that makes a person explode to the point you defend yourself, space, mind and life and only a few experience this attitude and mind set which makes a person on the defence of not being hurt again so when a punk comes out of left field thinking he's bad and can intimidate others and you as they please is a major trigger for an animal to come out of these certain types of people and attack like a pitbull full of anger and hard to contain. It's not a dark side it's reality! And believing stupid evil people on claims of rape and assault and other bullshit that never happened puts a person on a stronger mindset to retaliate in the correct and legal way and that's fight with your positive actions and the two hands you have been given to defend physically. Don't fuck with a person who has been through a lot like hell and back!!!

Thank you man 🙌I use After Effects for the animations and then put them into premiere pro to go with the music and voiceover. I learnt the basics a couple years ago, and then from there I just would try and recreate things I see in other documentaries. I have no idea if there are tutorials elsewhere on KZbin however I have a Patreon where I can create a tutorial of any edit you like, just say a video of mine and timestamp and I'll break it down🤝

What is certain is that Mike Tyson is basically an aggressive criminal type who likes to fight (although all combat athletes basically like to fight, this is either a matter of innate mentally masochistic-aggressive attitude or it develops due to drugs or bad circumstances), although how much he grew out of crime after becoming world champion sportman is a good question He was a serious marijuana and cocaine addict, which could only have aggravated his aggressiveness In the Desiree Washington case, Mike Tyson still claims to be innocent, saying he did not rape the woman It is impossible to know what happened, many women experience many things as rape, so I cannot make a decision on this, especially since neither the indictment nor the defense documentation aren't public
