The only key difference is the crepe making step, ladling in a huge amount of the batter and then pour back to create extra thin crepe.

麵糊我冷藏了了一晚,一晚后麵糊会更细腻,而且这个配方本身就是比较薄,还有就是要控制平底锅的温度,不能太热,麵糊立马熟了不能把多餘的倒出;不够热也不行,麵糊无法立馬黏一层平底锅面。希望细节对你有帮助☺️
