I buy only what is on sale so haven’t really changed what I eat. However since I like to eat healthy, I already eat most of what is in your discussion. I have organic tofu, organic eggs, canned beans (good to put in salads),frozen veggies (for when I don’t have fresh veggies on hand) for healthy eating. I don’t drink milk usually. I like almond milk. I take calcium supplements in case I dont get enough from food sources. I like chia seed pudding.
