I’m already in a stage that i have to take tablets like triphala regularly to prevent this problem. I do find hard to follow yogasans but I definitely like the ideas of drinks and fruits you have given here. I wish you are my personal yoga guru, you seem very dedicated to your teaching knowledge.

Hey do these really benefit? Due to irregular lifestyle and unhealthy eating i got constipation and now suffering from anal fissure, i feel pain , itching and something small cut on my rectum... And i get little hard stools.. What should I do ? Maybe I should consult doctor? And start practicing yog+ walkin and healthy food .

Mam mujhe 10 salo se thyroid ki prblm h (T3, TSH)... MAI Thyroid ki medicine v leti hu 25mcg ki.. And ab mujhe constipation ki prblm ho rhi h 9 months se kabi washroom thik hoti h or kavi bhout pain hoti h.. Please mujhe bataiye mai kya kru.. Kya mujhr thyroid ki wajah se aisi prblm ho rhi h?????
