Your way of explanation is very simple but more effective and easy to understand well this constipation problem ruined all day in lazyness and sleepy sometimes even medicines not work we can't eat our choice food's thank you very much God bless you

Thanks and welcome. Constipation can be cured if you make your lifestyle and eating habits more healthy. otherwise constipation can bring other problems in old age.

I’m already in a stage that i have to take tablets like triphala regularly to prevent this problem. I do find hard to follow yogasans but I definitely like the ideas of drinks and fruits you have given here. I wish you are my personal yoga guru, you seem very dedicated to your teaching knowledge.

I am doing these asanas from past 2 days and on the very first day results were awesome. I think for me this exercise is working 100% because from the first day i went to washroom daily. Thanks alot for this wonderful exercise. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Hey do these really benefit? Due to irregular lifestyle and unhealthy eating i got constipation and now suffering from anal fissure, i feel pain , itching and something small cut on my rectum... And i get little hard stools.. What should I do ? Maybe I should consult doctor? And start practicing yog+ walkin and healthy food .

Agar kuch chattar pattar ka lage to ghar me bhale bana lo lekin bahar nhi khana ,

Dear madam, You teach very well. Pl make a video for total fitness of 30 min yoga each for morning and evening containing pranayam and exercise both. Beneficial for those who have less time. Pl also tell after how many hrs of lunch we can do evening yoga. Thanks

Mam very good explanation. I have constituent problems for many years and have a piles I was hernia both side of my stomach downwords and Doctor put Mash both side by surgery before two years. Mam nowStill I have constipation, so can I doing these youga asan. Please guide me

I don't have constipation, but I pass stools two, three times in the morning. Then again once in the evening. Can you tell me what I should do to empty my bowels completely
