This was a spicy workout! It's definitely a challenge with the one min work periods! When will I learn to schedule #kaleighcohen upper body day and hair wash day on different days! 😂 My blowdryer felt like it weighed 500 pounds this morning! Arms will be feeling this one tomorrow! Love this combo of upper body and abs!!! My favorite upper body exercise is top to bottom (and, you know what, those walk out side to side push ups were really awesome also!!) and my favorite ab exercise is dead bug (I did this with dumbells to add a little more intensity). Loved it!! Yay!! 💪🔥👏👏!!!!!

Hi Kaleigh!!! First, love you, love your workouts!!! We have a group that meets to share them together. We have a request…. Would it be possible especially in your strength classes for you to say or show the next exercise immediately following the previous one, then talk if you’re going to? This would allow us to smoothly move with you to the next exercise and not miss any of the interval while finding our position. Start the timer on time. We don’t want to miss any reps. We like the format and exercises as well as music. There seems like quite a bit of excess commentary sometimes. We love your positivity and sense of humor, keeping things lively and real. We look forward to many more good workouts together with you! Thank you to you and Jason! The visuals and timers are great. Love your new studio. You and your team are definitely appreciated, so much. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh boy. This was not even semi easy for me. I feel like I couldn't do a few of those mat exercises. I feel like I needed a modification on some of them. The side plank lifting up with opposite arm is a no go for me. I kinduv felt defeated but I did make it to the end. My left knee has issues as well. I did this workout as the second day of the Fit For The Holidays...was that the right one? I'm feeling a bit like the strength workouts may be tough for me. I know they should be challenging, but I felt like some of this workout I had trouble with. Am I self sabatoging ? Thoughts?

Aww!!! Lori! This one was VERY challenging! The order was tough as we worked the same muscle group back to back plus the work time we was on for a minute with minimal which added even more challenge! Know you’re not alone in the challenge! 💜
