Suprascapular nerve supplies supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles. This nerve can be compressed at 2 positions, one is suprascapular notch and other is spinoglenoid notch. if there is suprascapular notch compression there will be weakness in both supraspinatus and infraspinatus. If there is compression at spinoglenoid notch, there will weakness in both supraspinatus and infraspinatus. This is very commonly associated with labral tears and SLAP injuries. The suprascapular nerve is a branch from the upper trunk of the brachial plexus, it innervates the infraspinatus and the supraspinatus muscles. It originates in the posterior triangle of the neck, where it runs to the upper part of the scapula downward and laterally parallel to the belly of the omohyoid muscle, then it runs under the suprascapular ligament to the supraspinatus fossa. Here it provides muscular innervation to the infraspinatus and supraspinatus muscles.
The suprascapular nerve is a mixed nerve, it has both a motor and sensory parts.

I have a pain starting from my right shoulder running into arms to hand I can’t do any kind of work which is related to handgrip the pain acute to moderate nowadays the pain is running through my shoulder to my back and from back to toe.
