Technically returning boomerangs were just used to scare prey, usually birds, out of hiding to that hunting boomerangs, which are not designed to return because they are meant to hit and kill, would be thrown as actual weapons. Thus this game is the most accurate portrayal of hunting boomerangs as weapons in gaming. Plus even a returning boomerang only comes back if thrown with the correct angling and wrist movement. When I first saw Kao in a cage in the dark on a pirate ship, I immediately thought "Huh. Getting a little Rayman 2 on us, aren't you, Kao?" Little did I know how true that would be.

They are very different but Jak I I'd say is a very accessible and fun game just as Kao 3 is. It's actually really commendable how well Kao 3 tries to use it's world design.

See I could imagine him reviewing a few Spongebob games but Bikini Bottom is one of the more popular ones. I think less popular ones like the DS games or Hero Pants would probably be more like. Where did you get that thing with talking to a firefly to select a level in a hubworld? That only happens if you use the option "back to hub" in a level and therefore "stop the adventure". You normally talk to a beaver/enter a train/enter motorboat/talk to pelican.
