I started following your videos last week as I was trying to get over with a deep grief ; trying to focus on something other than the thoughts that were too painful for me . I am getting some solace and feel good when I do the breathing exercises according to your guidance. Thank you very much .

Can you recommend an in-person, residential program for further study of Pranayama. Is there a school, or institution's website with information on the direct study of Pranayama? Mam, your explanation is very clarified. I do only pranayam, like 1. Observation of breath. 2. Full yogic breathing. 3. Chandrabedi Anulom Vilom. 4. Nadi shodhan or Anulom Vilom. 5. Brahmari and om Mantra. I,ve anxiety and panic attacks. Is this okay Mam, I do regularly. Diaphragm breathing 5 minutes. Pls suggest me. I liked the way you explain, it's really Great. Waiting for your reply.🙏🙏🙏

The set of breathing practices you do is correct. You can just add Ujjayi exhalations. You can learn Viloma Ujjayi Pranayama and practice along with the set you mentioned. Try Yoga nidra as well...I have a separate video on yoga nidra. Try it out with earphones after coming from a walk or after Asana practice
