It's crazy. They hint at how much work the group leaders do, but they do so much more than we know. A former DCC said the show overemphasizes how closely kelli and judy work with the girls. The group leaders basically run all rehearsals and are the point of contact for all the girls. I saw an interview where kashara said she was taking notes on their thunderstruck rehearsal at like 2am...

They all started at that bottom like everyone else. Its really inspirational. A lot of them struggled at first. Look at Maddie. Maddie went from getting cut her first year of trying all the way to point of the triangle. They went home and put in the work and came back much stronger. I can't wait to see who comes back from last season. I know a few of them are coming back.

I do have to say, I absolutely love KaShara and my heart broke when not only did she forget her costume on the first day but also when she was saying her speech about her retiring. She is such an amazing dancer and an amazing teammate. She is the life of the party no matter where she is, and she was probably and more than likely the mom of the group even though she didn't try to be.

I honestly think the way this did training camp during COVID is better, having them stay in the hotel. It’s crazy that a 23 year old needs to use her life savings to go to what is basically an extended job interview.

I mean it’s hard to do some of these because there’s not much footage on them. All these journey videos are just show clips. They don’t do outside videos like day in the life stuff which would be great.

@@kerteeveeyuh That's the point of the DCC Journey videos. Its to document their journey on the team. All the way from their auditions to when they leave. DCC Journey documents all the trials and tribulations. All the difficulties, getting cut. All the DCC's I listed have more than enough footage for a DCC Journey video. Nicole Bulcher had 11 confessionals during her time on the team and one office visit. Simone had 22 confessionals and 2 office visits. Kelsey had 51 confessionals and 3 office visits. Sydney Durso had 31 confessionals and 2 office visits. Mia Greenhouse had 28 confessionals and 1 office visit. The only person who probably can't get a DCC Journey video is Jacie. She only had 4 confessionals during her time. So all these DCCs can have a Journey video.

You can watch DCC all day long from season 1 on pluto they have there own channel and yes I love Kashara I really hated to see her leave but my question is how many years can they cheer before they have to retire I know some are retire 3-5/6 is that as long as they will let them cheer. But the veterans that retired done a dam good job. Couldn't ask for nothing better.

They really should have included the dance party clip. One of the choreographers I think season 13 asked who thought they had the dance and KaShara stood up and turned around and encouraged everyone to stand up and it turned into a dance party

She's from the same town that Harry Dean Stanton was from. I knew when she first opened her mouth that she's from the mountains. The thing is that if you are from Kentucky you know where someone is from in the state the second they open their mouth. You go to different parts of the state and people sound completely different.

I'm originally from Wisconsin and now live in Irvine. You get different accents from one side of Irvine to the other. I was told each holler has a different accent. I believe it. And then there's me, who sounds like no one else here. :)

@@carolann811 I'm in Louisville and it's that way here too. People sound different depending on what neighborhood they are from. I'm a townie, grew up in a blue collar townie neighborhood around Teamsters and UAW guys and we sound something like Detroit.
