Great class, I've been doing your classes for over a year now, I especially love the power classes, and for the last 45 days have been doing a mix of your classes every day and really noticed a difference in my strength and flexibility. I kinda new to all of this, I'm going to do this one tonight. I just wanted to say you have a beautiful spirit about you, you are great at what you do especially with those long legs girl! Other yoga teachers take themselves so seriously, you do it professionally and grace. Namaste❤❤❤❤❤ fyi that last comment I think your breathing helps a lot, because it reminds me to breathe, other teachers don't do that, which makes me mess up more so it works for me!

A little tiny bit sweaty and I felt like I could have gone on longer but alas, cool down time. This class is good for days when you want to work a bit but not too much.

I love your workouts, you always make me feel so good and energized, yet not stressed during the practice. Can someone lose weight and look just like you only from pilates and yoga practices?

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! This class definitely creates toned muscles! Body shape is determined by diet, movement, and genetics! You seem like you got movement down. Take a look at your nutrition. I try to do not a lot of processed foods and lighter foods (no red meat or anything overly salty/bready). But find out what works for you!!

If I may, I would suggest you break up the sessions into working on specific body parts or even aspects such as strength training, flexibility building or balancing. I really like your classes, but I think you should put the pelvis in retroversion and teach it. It's important to take care of the lower back

I've taught fitness and yoga for over a decade. This is a good sequence but it's not intense nor is it "power" yoga so the title is misleading
