Yes I agree you should watch the MTV video of this song because it really showcases Axl's vocal range better than this concert video. Also because it tells the story via imagery what he was speaking about in the beginning, he really did come from the Midwest off a bus to LA and at that time the LA Strip was a tough place to "make it big" but by some genius stroke of luck these talented guys came together and created probably the best hard rock album at that time. Other hits of theirs like Paradise City, that one is phenomenal to hear live. Btw, Slash the lead guitarist still plays with his own bands, Duff McKagen is the guy with the cigarette and the sweetest guy in the band. I saw G-N-R play a show in the DC era during their Use Your Illusion tour when Axl played piano and Duff was lying down on his back on the stage playing his guitar air guitar style. I was about 4 ft away from him & Axl would come to the middle of the stage onto the runway. That was always fun to watch when famous singers do that. You should watch their video November Rain. Beautiful song, a masterpiece. Welcome to the Jungle is from their Appetite for Destruction album which was the highest amount of sales for a debut album at the time. I do have to say G-N-R could be a bit raunchy, beware the content of a couple of their songs on that album are in the X rated category (no kidding!) and I think I remember this album being on the Parental Advisory list (they used to put these label.warnings on albums with ratings similar to movie ratings). Regardless the X rated content, musically G-N-R goes down in history as one of the greatest hard rock bands admired all over the world, and that is quite an accomplishment for them to be proud of.

Guns n Roses is very famous here in Brazil, even children know who the band is, all of their biggest audiences outside here in Brazil. 180 thousand people stayed at Maracanã in 1991 2001 with more than 2000 thousand people already played in 11 capitals here with maximum capacity. here the GNR had songs in soap operas, series it's normal to see someone driving by in the car listening to Guns n Roses. I still think their two best songs are One In A Million and Used To Love Her. Although they might be a little controversial for your channel, you might wanna give them a listen. And big props to Axl for standing in as ACDC's singer when Brian Johnson went out with ear issues. By all accounts, he was surprisingly professional, which is unlike his normal behavior.

They put on a hell of a show. Saw them open for Aerosmith before they were big enough to headline. When they were tuning up before the show, Duff started playing "Green Acres". 🤣 Duff was wearing an Aerosmith shirt and Joe Perry from Aerosmith was wearing a GNR shirt.

This live-release changed everything on a global level! Compared to the existing hairband-scene this was so much more dirty and unpolished that everyone took notice! The album Appetite for destruction sold more than any debut ever, and passed 30 million if I remember correctly.😊
