Excellent exercises, I recently got a neck injury where my hand was going numb yesterday and today. Feel much better after these exercises❤. Thank you for posting, do you have suggestions on books to read about neural flossing or channels to follow. You explained the exercises very well for me to follow. Thanks again🙏
