Can I say that maybe he is not working for the customer? You can notice that he does it because he loves those sportbikes, because he wants those bikes to be on the street slaying perfectly. Or maybe that is just what I feel because is something I want. I would not care so much about the customer or brand, because you know customer almost all the times they do not understand a damn thing about their bikes, they just want them to run and that is okay but I just want those kind of bikes to be in perfect condition without a problem for what they are.

Still relevant in what sense? Masih power/laju? Yes of course.. Under MYR 30k rasanya boleh cari.. Tapi jangan lupa standby dalam 5k tu untuk nak buat apa2 service/ganti part.. Motor lama bukan baru, macam mana pun akan ada benda untuk dibuat/dibaiki. Kalau tak ada standby duit, nanti pakai dalam keadaan tak semua OK, lama2 lagi banyak hal kena settle.. Just a reminder.

Hey. Could you ask the cleaner what is a good fix for low rpm response?? Heard a lot of complaints about bikes having a dead spot for acceleration at low rpms?? I’ve seen guys trim the throttle body plates like a 1/8 inch off. Or what I was thinking to do is take them off then drill a 1/4 inch hole in them to let it draw more air. Or what does he think?? Thanks??

Personally I think the best fix is to get a proper dyno run and tune-up, the tuner will be able to tune the power band for the rider as the rider request for.. Let's see what The Cleaner has to say..

By trimming the plate it makes and opening thus allow more air flow to flow in, but this will cost you a throthle plate... in a case you want to be at stock in future there is no way to do that unless to buy a replacement plate.. Why dont just crew in you idle nuts which will make the RPM higher... Or change your sprocket ratio which will improve your low RPM response

Ahmad Khan. Great video and service. I need to check my cams. I’ve had my bike now for 4 years never checked valve clearance although I haven’t put that many miles on maybe 4K?? But I don’t know when last valve service was done. Bike only has 11k miles. Good video guys. Cleaner knows his way around

It's a metal gasket, the gasket was not damaged so he re-use it but applied gasket glue (gray) before putting the cover back together.

Prices vary depending on bike make/model/cc, you will need to ask the shop directly for quote. For mine it was MYR 750. I don't think he sells it, or maybe he can get the stock based on customer order.. Again it's best to contact the shop directly to ask.
