Democracy works when people vote...if you don't like the outcome, it doesn't mean people didn't make the right choice, by "sleepwalking" into it. You are entitled to your opinion and choice, but so are others. To silence your opposition in any way, is as near to dictatorship/totalitarianism as the you will ever get.

@@Azimuth47 absolutely great. I’ve got my voting card ready for Thursday. The problem with all of it was politicians lie. Brexit was a fantastic example of that. Farage and Boris lied their teeth and so we ended up going down a horrible path because people were misinformed. But then if you tell people you’re going to improve their lives, a lot of them don’t care on the how.

What is a dictatorship if not an unchallenged majority. If Labour win by such a vast majority, it means they can run the country how they see fit, with little opposition to keep them in check. An unchecked Government is a dangerous one.

In the real world a big majority is as much a curse as a benefit to a government. It means having large numbers of neophyte MP's who need to be shown the ropes, it's hard to manage and with large numbers on the backbenches there is a risk of factionalism.

Your comment is ignorant on another level! Maybe you aren’t old enough to remember how well Labour governed from 1997 -2010. Public services fully funded, the NHS well staffed and some incredible innovations serving individuals and the communities, libraries, youth clubs -all funded and doing the job they were meant to do. It wasn’t Labour who closed libraries, fire stations, police stations, all the Sure Start Centres, or discarded the process of removing RAAC from school buildings…no that was the tories. So your silly comment doesn’t refer to Labour because you clearly don’t know all the positive things they did for the country.

The Tories message of it'll be worse under Labour is not working with public opinion. 14 years of Tory neglect and the state they have the country in, truly has the public wanting change from this. Grammar and punctuation is all over the place. Should it have read "This face-eating Leopard party is full of Leopards who want to eat your face" Otherwise it looks as though there are a number of faces looking to eat Leopards...it's juxtaposed and a grammatical mess. 1/10 for lack of effort.

Funny how tory bots always project their own failures onto someone else. The entire tory front bench are power hungry, politically vacuous, ego maniacs with no interest except using division to distract the population while they divert all the money to their own offshore bank accounts.
