Hmm. I wonder if I could use the pork rinds when I make chicken parm in place of the breadcrumbs.

AMAZING -- I have the same Ninja grill (: Thank you for sharing the pork rind tips and the seasoning looks really good, going on the list to try (sidenote: I wish the Ninja grill was easier to clean, if anyone has tips let me know...) I try to keep it clean but my husband and the kid use it and don't wipe it out afterwards and the grease can build up

I agree, it's a pain to clean. I did a cleaning how to video on it. But, they need to make them easier to clean for sure.

Your food always looks good. Ranch, and any mayonnaise-based dressings are low carb, so you can dip if you don't get carried away.

Hey great channel, not sure you'll read or care but when smashing up crackers, etc if you got people in household that eat breakfast cereal keep the empty bags. They are great, you can smash stuff as hard as you like and no chance of ever breaking bag and gives them a 2nd use prior to going in garbage. Just thought I'd share as thats what I use.

Greta idea. We definitely go through tons of cereal on our house. Thanks
