I love you!!!! I am 67 years old and have been Keto for the past 6 years. My mama taught me to make biscuits with Bisquick. Nothing compares.... NOTHING! Can't wait to try this. Crisco was another staple in our kitchen. Thank you! 130 pounds lost and kept off!! This won't stop me either.... ketosis forever. God bless you too!

I couldn't help but whip up a half recipe and make some drop biscuits and.... mostly a success except for "user" error of forgetting they were in the oven and they were very over baked on the outside but actually still fluffy and tasty on the inside 😅 Can't wait to try your recipes using the Victoria's Version of Bisquick 😊

Made a batch of this morning then followed the recipe on the Bisquick box for pancakes. Not only were they delicious, but my non-keto husband liked them and said, "They taste like regular pancakes".

I had a friend who's mom lived to be 101 and I swear she didn't look over 60. Her secret? She said ever since she was 16 she would put crisco on as a cold cream at night😮 I still have so many questions because it worked too well.

It “occludes” the skin, so you don’t lose moisture. You should put something underneath for added moisture. I use Aquaphore over serums that I make myself. Fwiw, I’m a licensed Aesthetician. ❤️🍀

This worked really well for just "plain" pancakes. I mixed an egg with 1 TB butter then started adding a 1:4 HWC/water mixture to the bowl while mixing in 40g (about 1/2 cup) of this Bisquick which I made exactly--even 2TB allulose+2TB straight erythritol and Crisco which I keep for non-keto biscuits and pie crusts--as you printed. I also added a small amount (1/16-1/8 tsp) of buttery sweet dough emulsion. I let the batter sit for 2-3 minutes to see how thick it would get before cooking. Mine may have been a little thicker than yours. Of course, having almond flour meant the texture would be a little different, but the taste was almost as good as my Betty Crocker Buttermilk pancakes from the All Time Favorites cookbook from 1971. That was MY all time favorite. I preferred them without syrup as the taste was so good. I tried these without syrup and, wow, at least 95% as good. Seriously, I'm picky about what I eat (taste/calories/carbs are all part of it). I've tried a few other recipes with your NS 1.0/pecan flour version, but they never worked for me--taste was good but the end products were not. This is a repeater.

Good morning to all, thank you Victoria for this wonderful flour. This morning I made 7-Up biscuits outstanding. (Recipe: 1/2 c. Keto bisquick flour, 1 1/2 Tbs. Sour cream, about 1 Tbs. Diet 7up. Makes 2 small biscuits. I baked mine in.Nuwave oven 4 min. Each side. Excellent with a little butter on top.

I made 7 up biscuits pre keto. Tonic water works just fine. There's really no reason for a sweet flavor. They turn out amazing

Can anyone say sausage cheese balls? I just made them using Victoria's Bisquick mix and they are actually really good. My husband loves them! Next time I'll hold back on the salt as cheese is plenty salty in itself. I'd say it's a WIN!

Nothing wrong with Crisco! I would note that if using butter, maybe it should be stored in the fridge 🤔 I say this only because you really don't know how long the mix will sit in the pantry especially if you keep adding to it. All the rest of the different fats are definitely shelf stable.

@@scottw2317 Yeah, everyone knows yet nobody can say why. She probably said that to avoid triggering people, because it REALLY triggers people big time. The only reason you'd avoid Crisco is if you avoid vegetable oils, which are generally extracted through chemical processing. Yet those same people turn around and drink standard decaf coffee, or eat other things that go through similar chemical processing.

@@scottw2317 Huh? Nothing wrong with Bamboo fiber either. People have been eating cooked bamboo for decades without issues, long before a fiber powder had become popular. Bamboo is an insoluble fiber, which means that it's a fiber that your body can't absorb. Not sure why you think it causes seizures when your body doesn't absorb it. It's not chemically processed...

Just made waffles with this and so yum. Log cabin sugar free syrup and wild blue berries. I use kerrygold butter for my fat and keep in fridge. Came out perfect.

Super happy I found you. You've done more for Keto than almost any other Youboober. But, maybe halve some of these recipes. When every recipe takes 3cu of your flour, you have to make the flour every time you bake a recipe.

Today was the day I tested the new keto flour and made a Fruit & Nut spiced rum cake. Before I put it in the oven I asked Heavenly Father to bless it, as I was so nervous about messing it up....before my company comes on Monday. I have never tasted anything like this type of cake before in my life. So tender, moist and delicious that I danced in my kitchen. Now I have cookie dough (Preppy's Kitchen) chilling in the fridge. But I tried something that will offend keto police....but I gotta do what I gotta do..... swerve brown is $14 for the small bag....but Splenda brown is $20 for 3 times the size.....so I blended it together for a more economical baking choice. The flavor of blending it is crazy good.

Swerve brown doesn't have carbs where Splenda adds molasses...those carbs add up when the serving size is a tsp. You can get 3 LBS of Swerve brown for $23, which is a lot of sugar, and zero carbs.

I used your bisquick flour to.make pancake I used the bisquick recipe instead of 2 cups milk used 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk plus 2 eggs & used 1/4 cup measuring cup..turn out OK 👍

Is there anyway you could come up with a batter to put on chicken for southern fried chicken with this? I too am from the south and miss my southern fried chicken on Keto. Oh and I know you know but Crisco is so bad for you, it causes inflammation in your arteries. Which causes plaque to build up.

Made your blueberry muffins today - absolutely DELICIOUS! I had a hard time not eating the entire batch. I bought some keto pancake mix last year at the grocery store, so disappointed. Looking forward to trying this out. Question: I have on hand powdered cream, would that work as well, just not as buttery-flavored? I plan on using lard for my recipe & the pecan flour option.

Hi Victoria, I hope your having a great day,♥️ I have a question on how you measure 1/2 cup of lard, I'm using lard and I'm not sure if you pack it into the measuring cup or if you weight it in grams, I'm just not sure how to get an accurate measurement with it since it's a solid form and not liquid.

Victoria, I love your recipes so much, thank you - and all the love you put into the printable recipe cards is just amazing. I wondered if this recipe would work with powdered butter to be more shelf stable? I don't do crisco or coconut oil because I react to the first with inflammation/knee pain/arthritis symptoms and for the latter I simply don't like the taste pretty much. I love butter though and tolerate it well, but out in the pantry it might not hold up as well as the powdered version. What are your thoughts on that? Thank you so much, Anne

I was wondering about this too. Did you try it? I live in Central Europe, so no air conditioning. It can get really warm in my pantry area and I just do NOT have the room for it in my fridge. So, I feel like I would either have to use it all up very quickly, which I guess I could do, making pancakes, waffles and biscuits and freezing them....or end up throwing it away.

Do you think you could use the "Bisquick " knock off to make Irish Soda Bread (for St. Patrick's Day)? Maybe make 2 med round loaves instead of one big one? Afraid a big one might be too moist in the middle.

@victoriasketokitchen Do you have any information you can share with us about the availability of the Zimmerman bamboo fiber? Will it be re-stocked or has it has been replaced with a different brand? Amazon states it's not available and they don't even know if it will be restocked. 🤔 I sure hope that's not the case or we're all in trouble! Your newest flour recipe ROCKS and is so versatile! Has anyone ever made these pancakes and then frozen them? I’m hoping that’s a good option because I’m the only one in my family that does keto and this makes a lot of pancakes, but if I could freeze them that would be wonderful!

If I only have allulose on hand, could this recipe still work? I know you said that the pancakes and waffles would be too wet in texture, I already bought about $250 on Amazon in my dry ingredients that you recommended for your perfected Keto flour and several of your recipes but I just don't have erythritol.

Allulose browns fast but when its mixed it slows it down

I have an old recipe for biscuits that used just self rising flour and heavy cream. Wonder your self rising flour & heavy cream would give the same biscuit? Don’t think using butter would give the same shelf life as crisco.

Can I exchange the buttermilk powder with heavy cream powder? I always have the heavy cream powder in my freezer. I believe the fat content is similar.

Hello! I have a question…I have all the ingredients for your Keto flour recipe you made before you upgraded it with the bamboo flour. Can I use that mixture for this Bisquick recipe? You're talking about her perfected keto flour. I asked her if it could be used and she said yes, it's cup for cup. I get my bamboo fiber in tomorrow and I feel the same as you. It's too expensive for pancakes so I keep a batch of both flours on hand 🤣
