I made the ham salad over the past couple weeks’ holidays, but made my own sweet relish by draining easy-to-find dill relish and added liquid Splenda. Refrigerated a day before and shook the container a few times to combine the sweetener well. Worked perfectly! My grandmother used to make bread and butters from hamburger dills using sugar cinnamon sticks and cloves over a few days in the fridge. I may try that too using keto-friendly sweeteners! I also used the sweet relish in my 1000 Island for my Chaffled Reubens! So good!!

my favorite meal prep is two lbs of your fave breakfast sausage on a sheet pan in a thin layer, scramble a dozen eggs with salt, pepper and a little hwc and pour on top of the sausage. bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven and how large your sheet pan is. I use the 11x15. tons of servings, freezes well and is great reheated

Awesome video, Kristi!! The ham salad brought back memories. My grandma used to make it….Miss her!! I don’t meal prep because, when I cook, I make enough to last a few days. Order takeout in between. It works for us. Have to thank you for the coupon code for the SmartCakes!! So yummy!! Will be ordering more when I run out!! Love your videos!! 💖🧡💖🧡

I meal prepped blueberry pancakes, bacon, keto chili and zucchini spaghetti. I have fallen off keto lately so now I have to have meals ready and no junk food around the house.

I love the muffin recipe but find the 1 Tablespoon of baking powder gives it a weird taste so I lower it to 1 teaspoon.

💜🤩🥰 I do not meal prep, since I don't really do leftovers (few exceptions) and I never know what I'm going to be craving- When I do do batch cooking, I stick to the Proteins since my family is not keto. 🤩😘Gremberry Farms has awesome flavorings of soooo many flavors, very reasonable prices. My family and I all use them in drinks, baking, desserts, and bread (psmf & keto)-Check them out, it's a game changer - I have holiday spice in my morning coffee right now, delicious! 💜 Walmart & Fry's has the SF Relish here in Az.

I love the idea of using extracts I know one extract I looked up and used was carb-free and sugar-free. Our most extract sugar free and carb free I noticed not all of them list their nutrition on the label. Anyone's that anybody can suggest please thank you

Thanks for the recipes, which I will be trying. I made your chocolate/pork rind balls the other day,my husband loves them. I wanted to ask you some questions about your diabetes journey,I’ll wait, you have enough on your plate adjusting. My husband has lowed his glucose from 200 to 104-114 average and stopped taking his medication weeks ago. He’s definitely feeling 100% better,we go for labs tomorrow, can’t wait to see what his VA doctor say, ain’t telling him what he’s been doing. Thank you for your sharing your journey and prayers for your health, this is not a fun diagnosis.

Don't forget eggs, cheese, nuts and some berries (if you can fit them in your macros). Eggs and cheese open you up to countless chaffle recipes.
