I’m not vegan but I’m excited that you’re expanding your cooking to include vegan food. I have a favorite vegan restaurant near me and you can’t tell that it’s all vegan. My favorite vegan cheese is Daiya. Vegan food is very good, people need to try before complaining. BTW I’m making taquitos too this evening but with ground Turkey and ground beef mixed with cheese and that it. Pretty simple.

The only thing specifically vegan is the vegan cheese in one of the recipes. Very little protein, too.
