Thank you very much! I will buy also a ketbell but not sure how many kilo I can curl 30 reps with two dumbles each 15 kilo. What do you advice me? 20 or 25 kilo kettbel?

@@ronald7482 if you don’t have kettlebell and you are new. Buy something that you can press over head with good form for around 8 reps Be good start

@PavelKrotovFit Thank you for your information I train for a long time but never with ketbells. Now I will use a kettbel but considering between the 20 and 25 kilo
