A high-intensity Tabata style workout you can do at home, all you need is a single kettlebell. I bought one of these up as soon as they become available again after the big sellout during the lockdown, they really expand what's possible for you to do with your training at home. So if you're going to invest in one piece of exercise equipment, a single kettlebell is a good choice.
