NONONONO THIS CLASS IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. AT FIRST I WAS LIKE ALRIGHT, JUST 20 MINUTES AND THEN LIKE 40 AND THEN THE FULL CLASS. LOVED EVERY WORKOUT!

Can you do more with the bag? I have the bag for years! Loved it! I have an apple watch and I burned 354 active calories and 452 total calories.

Hi Linda! Actually, someone just commented and said that the workout is still great without the bag! You can make it into a cardio kick class and still do it! Try it out and let us know what you think!
