I am American but I always heard that coach was called "Old Bones" because it was said to rattle your bones when you rode in it. As a child I had a small plastic replica of it that I wish I still had. I am so looking forward to the coronation since I was a baby when Queen Elizabeth was crowned.

I was watching you video about coaches and I live in the USA and only see the coaches on very rare occasions. I never though about where they were kept and the horses and the men and women that care for the horses. Watching this I thought what an amazing thing and all the houses and so many coaches. After watching this I thought it's a whole city where they are kept, the horses and the coaches and the riders. It's amazing to me that I never knew there was so much involved. In 2002 I had the pleasure of seeing the Queen in the Golden carriage for her Golden Jubilee. I remember filming Prince Harry and I gave him a little wave and he smiled at me. When I planned my trip to London, Paris and Amsterdam I had no idea this was going on. Thank God we couldn't get the train to Paris until the afternoon. We stayed at the Strand Palace hotel and saw the entire procession to St. Paul's cathedral.

as i pointed out the charm and traditions of bygone era still preserved and practiced adds to life... and when they have all of splendor still with them, nobody knows how long it can remain but it brings that graceful period read in Barbara cartland and other elizbethan romances back into visibility and yes! charms...
