The Platinum was fun (although a bit grindy) but I will never get over the disappointing Hades Cup. You have 50 levels and the last boss is a big rock that does almost nothing. Seriously? At least Ice Titan and Sephiroth are also in the coliseum.

I got the Platinum on KH1 back in 2019 where I attempted this IMPOSSIBLE run: LVL 1, Proud, No Armour, No Continues, Speedster Trophy I went through hell on this one and thought it was impossible… but when I beat it… I was ON TOP OF THE WORLD. Seriously… one of my favourite platinums/games I’ve ever played

Atlantica is my favorite KH1 level :) Tip for the future, abuse your fire spell spam. Everything there dies in 1-3 fire spells and you can launch like 20 of them before running out of magic. Except you wont run out of magic, because every heartless there except for one drops a bunch of magicka bubbles. ^_^ The only tip I have for fighting Lizzo at the end is to give yourself and your whole team elixirs lmao.

Sorry if everyone has said this, this is probably old news at this point, but that button puzzle is very beatable, you can do it while you still only have beast even. I do it every time, i had no idea so many people werent able to do it. There are also many videos of it online, but if you also just dont care about it anymore totally understandable and have a great day! Love the video :)

this issue in question wasn't about whether or not it was doable, obviously it is, you have to do it to progress the game. The point I was raising was regarding the switches that you physically cannot reach because square enix (squaresoft at the time) did not allow the player to interact with those switches which was extremely confusing for me revisiting the game and thinking I was missing a secret when in reality it's nothing at all

35:22 pooh sticks is when they are all bored and just throw sticks in the river to see which one reaches the arbitrary goal first. you know the stuff you do when stuck in a forest. 52:00 simple. most people first time playing didnt know you CAN cast stop on the clock so alot of people hate this boss just cause of how his doom spell works. once you know the clock shit its not that hard. 54:40 well that and also the sheer fact that they basically ran out of colors so sephiroth and other endgame bosses have invisible health. this color bar system stopped being used by kh2 and never came back. so kh2 and on also never repeat invisible health

25:31 interestingly from a recent theory by the community I guess? Some people speculate if in Atlantica is meant to be a magic world since everything that you need to do here is opened by magic. And melee combat feels very bad here. As well as Ursula is in her first form with the cauldron, requires magic. Weirdly it made me appreciate the world a little bit more since that theory has come out.

Dude this game on ps2 is just impossible for me to revisit ONLY for one reason and one only that’s not skipping cutscenes. So dying to Clayton or Riku in hallow bastion and having to re watch those cutscenes killed me growing up haha. These remixes are a godsend man.

I did my playthrough of undefeated, unchanging armor and speedster by playing the game over 100 hours, the ingame time resets to 00:00 after 99:59

I'm in need of halp then, no matter what I do even reaching lv68 somehow the final boss in CS1 always outsppeds|damages. I wrote down his patterns and all that a few times I got him low but then he just S-breaks and gg. Rest of trophies are just grind battles|cooking.

Also, best start for Proud mode is definitely staff and give up sword. I’m pretty sure you can get the platinum in a single run (on the PS4) if you don’t change any of your equipment and beat it within the time limit.

I think my only real roadblock in completing Proud in KH1 was the final boss. Fuckin 10 different stages 😂. I don't have the patience to get through the secret bosses because the bell tower ghost is an asshole and sephiroth doesn't like to give an opening 😂.

what I meant was this game has several trophies that require you to play the game a certain way, I'm sure it is possible to combine them all into one playthrough but my focus was on the fun and enjoyment of the experience, not the stress of making it more challenging when it doesn't have to be. Playing this on proud without being able to change equipment while also being pressured by a timer sounds like a great way to make yourself miserable (assuming you're not a challenge run enthusiast)
