Your video is the best tutorial teaching speedbag techniques. 1. It's not about you and how fast you are. 2. You teach at a slow rate which is great for beginners. 3. The video picture is clear with no distracting sounds. 4. You get right to the point without a lot of useless opinion. Thank you!

I purchased both the medium kzbin.infoUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

Thank you - 2 sessions in and remembering your technique and i've become good on the speed bag! Thank You so much. My Tip: Count 1,2,3,1,2,3, always strike on 1 - then when you get faster do, 1,2,1,2,1,2 hit on 1 this is how the rhythm is made ( i learned the 1,2 when i heard mayweather say it)
@niwso87675 жыл бұрын
FZM Studio would you count “1,2,3 as in 123 or 1...2...3”?

this guy is a good teacher,I think beginner's should think of the bag as a RHYTHM BAG,the speed will come later, just like learning to play a musical instrument.The closer you stand to the bag the easier the exercise because your hands don't travel as far. once you get the rhythm down you can move a few inches further away from the bag and the added distance will force the hands to move quicker towards the target,thus improving your speed and accuracy.I boxed 40 yrs ago and still enjoy this exercise.

my bag doesn't seem so 'light' and fast as this one and others I've seen online. Can't understand why. I bought it from a good shop and I'm sure it's good. It also makes a lot of noise and since I use it at home in a flat, I can't train late....This clip is the best tutorial...kudos to you and your training skills. If the bag keeps swinging around perhaps you need to drop the hight a little bit if it is adjustable. If not, maybe use a little box or a platform to elevate our self without hitting the wooden board cause that will hurt a lot. Hope this helps.
