It's very nicely explained, I just wished you would have picked a midfield team to demonstrate to show or just to see how much of an impact it would make because its not that big for red bull since they are kind of guaranteed Q3 no matter what you do. But still great video really appreciate it!

@@PROJaiRU I’m Aston as well. Replace Stroll and Vettel with better drivers. Neither got out of q1 once the first half of the season and I replaced Stroll with Alonso. Ever since Alonso has got out of q1 every qualifying(6 races) and finished in the points every race. Vettel is still yet to score a point and the only reason I’m keeping him is because it costs too much to buy him out. But his contract ends at the end of the season so I plan on just replacing him with someone like Bottas. The drivers make a huge difference

There is another completely clear spot, right at the beginning within the first 10 seconds if you send them out they avoid traffic almost always.

Track will always be faster at the end of the session due to grip levels being higher. If you can reliably beat slower cars the beginning works

@@BOchamp01 I can't find any real difference across many races, they rarely improve and only marginally. The graph for grip doesn't even change one pixel in the graph on a dry qualifying. But you should use both to reduce the impact of mistakes.

Burn the first set down then use old ones to practice on and new ones you can put in right before qualifying, but until you get way developed or if there are rule changes you can get more or less

Let's be honest, this first year, the game will never be good. People that are complaining that you are using Red Bull don't understand what you are demonstrating. Personally, I use 1 set of hards for Q1 and Q2, which is of course ridiculous. That should not be possible. From a programming perspective, how difficult is it to get the differences between the tire compounds right? At this time, they only nail the percentages in how long you can use the tires, but no noticeable difference in compound and new or old tires. I sponsored the game by buying it and I will give them another 2 years, but then the game should be really more OP.

@@Kireth ok, i tried this with aston martin and got last place with both drivers BUT i've saw some people saying that on better teams it works every time, so i guess i have to pick up a better team maybe? i wanted to use a weaker team to learn the ropes of the game but i am getting destroyed eery time.... i thought that by doing a good time on practice i could get at least a 15 th or 13 th place on qually but i still can't get it, kinda of frustrated right now but will keep trying

I really felt it when Perez missed out on extra hot laps as i have had that happen every other race so far with Ricciardo. If you're not on the edge, you're taking up too much room! 🤙 Love the videos, deffs subbing!

This game frustrates me. I was managing a race on Baku, bare in mind I’m about 1.5 hours into the race session, I take my time. I took Lando from qualifying in 9th up to fighting for P2. About 3 laps to go, I am prepping Lando for the pass & I come up to 2 lapped cars. They parked me on the track. They moved over on a DRS straight in the lane I was passing Sainz in, and Lando came to a complete stop, I went from fighting for P2 to fighting for P7. I absolutely hate the traffic AI.

Also, on Monaco. I was in a DRS train in 5th position. This train was from P1 to P5, I was in contention for a podium finish. Magnussen crashes and drives his banged up car to the pit lane. The entire field from P3 back crawled behind Magnussen all the way from Portier to the pit lanes. I finished the race lapped twice because of it. Makes zero sense.

I have an additional strategy to mention about qualifying, I call it the Cruise Missile strategy. Once I have a driver in a safe position, I send them on Inter/Wet in full slow mode ahead of the competition with extra fuel too to gameruin them.

I use Alpha Tauri team but it is hard to get to Q3. I am off by atleast 1 sec from P1. In the race i swap positions all race long.

You won't get through to Q3 but by using this strat to avoid traffic you won't get your laps destroyed

In worst case, send worse driver early and be slow to ruin everyone's push laps and the better driver as late as possible to get a grippy and clear track
