I appreciate that. My dad was a tech, so I learned a lot from him. My dad would actually let me figure things out. He would put bad parts on an appliance and tell me to plug it in and figure it out lol. Fast forward a few years, when I finished vocational school I didn’t want to do appliances. I started a Landscaping company. Did it for 8 years. One day while doing a custom’s yard. She mentioned her refrigerator was broken. My eyes lit up. I said show it to me. I checked it out and fixed. The timer was stuck. She was so happy. She gave me 75 dollars for 10 minutes. As I drove to my new law , I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I slowly began to sell my accounts and and transitions to appliances. We buy new appliances from Lowes and Home Depot that are clearance and resell them. I have an appliance repair company been doing it for about 13 years. I love it. Thanks for asking. So are you doing repairs?

I don’t know how to diagnose like Appliance yet! I can change parts but it’s hard to get experience becaue most companies want a year or 2 experience! I’m in Florida. I have tons of tech sheets . I had old books on repairs, but got rid of them. You can find books or online courses. One thing to remember, understanding the process. What I mean is how the steps are constructed. So for example, a was not spinning. Any washer. They all need to be able to drain before they can spin. So you would find the reason why it isn’t draining first. So you would start by checking power to the pump. If power is good, pump is bad or has junk stopping it. If not power, the board, usually meaning, a wire could be cut or connection is bad. Mechanical pumps, usually lid switches. Those can be bypassed temporarily for testing. I am a bit confused. what specifically did you notice about the board that was bad?

The signal voltage wasn’t present. Also the compressor wasn’t coming on

Thanks! :) I actually took it all apart and it seems like I got voltage to the board and the AC DC inverter. Kind of lost now.... att tech troubleshooting codes from the UI look good also. (Not an expert)

The cooling and the freezer stopped cooling. It seems like it might be getting slightly cold but I don't have a thermometer to test at the moment. It sounds like the compressor kicks on, and the fan in the back works. Should the compressor feel warm? I'm also getting power on the Inverter and the MB.

Hey, I have same model, fans work, I have 2 of these fridges and we switched the 3 boards and the same one isn’t cooling same reaction as when it wasn’t cooling. The other fridge that has the boards from the fridge that isn’t working is working. The fans and boards in back are good. We getting 120 volts too. The pantry cabinet with the different product options had cut the wires that went to that cabinet itself. We turned off power and fixed the cut wires were touching the metal rail when we found them but after fixing them we still can’t find the issue we switched the boards after we fixed the wires
