As someone with extremely mild cerebral palsy and has issues with their legs and feet this trainer is so inspirational. Gives me that “Yes I can” attitude when so many have told me I can’t ❤️

I rarely comment on KZbin but I feel compelled to leave a message today. Tara is such an inspirational trainer. Love the little encouraging messages she gives in between new sets. And I'm so happy Anna is back. Your channel saved my life. I work out about 3 to 4 times a week and although I haven't lost a lot of weight , I feel stronger and just overall healthier. I just wanna encourage everyone to keep on working out even though you're not seeing the results you're expecting. Because although you may not be losing weight, you probably are losing inches which is the only way I have right now to know if what i'm doing is working. take your measurements every 3 weeks or month and you'll definitely see an evolution. Also working out regularly helps me inevitably to eat healthier because i hate feeling bloated or heavy doing cardio or even this kind of total body workout. BTW, my T shirt says "You're not tired". That's what I keep telling myself when I wanted give up after the first 25 minutes. Love you all and keep pressing play. K

I don't want people to set false expectations. That's what my message was about. Realistic changes that lead to life long transformation.

Tara Lynn is a very motivating trainer and helped push me through. I always scroll forward through the Popsugar fitness videos to see if its challenging enough, and boy this one was a challenge!! I’m a sweaty mess, but feel so accomplished!

This is one of the most challenging Popsugar workouts I've done. The cardio challenge was so hard for me! However, Tara Lyn Emerson's positivity and personality got me through it smiling! I loved her energy and inspiration. She's up there as one of my favorites with Kit Rich and Betina Gozo!

As a sufferer of Muscular Dystrophy(I have Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy, or MMD), I am SO glad to see a trainer who suffers from a variant too! I am struggling with my lower legs too right now...so maybe this workout could be good for me. Will try it out tomorrow!

Me and my friend have been watching this same video for over 30 times in a row. At first, we were only able to make it to the 11 or 12 minute mark. Now, we can make it just past 20 minutes. I've tried the other Pop Sugar videos, but this one has the best warm up that eases into an intense workout. We have all the dialogue memorized and will say "heeeyy" every time yall are about to say it. We know we've hit the 20 minute mark when we hear "making deposits in that body bank account". MERCI VOUS-AUTRES!!! (Louisiana French for thanks y'all!)

That was great!!!! Nice trainer, easy exercices, nothing hurt, modifications helpful and such interesting exercices and tricks!!! I always felt my neck hurt while doing crunches and this technique is sooo comfortable and helpful! And the reverse plank was great!! the squat jumps made me loose balance a bit but i switched to the modification and slowed down. More from tara lyn emerson please!

At first when she mentioned her disability i thought it might be an easier workout... i was so wrong! literally shouted at the screen during squat jumps saying "N O ! Such a good work out. I would add a longer cool down with some good inner thigh and hip stretches or else most people are probably going to be really stiff and sore tomorrow. Tara is a rock star, don't let your illness define you, amazing!!!!

I know none might not see this but in a time like this I always wanted to lose 20n lbs. Since lasy year. And I've been splitting two workouts and I only got to do one of them because people would complain so I went to somewhere lower where none could hear the banging from my room. And I thought it'd be a good idea to put the two parts of the workout into one. Thank you so much! I'm still on the way to lose 20 lbs. And I'm going to whatever I can!

This may have just become my new favourite workout. I loved the high intensity of it and it wasn't so short that I feel like I need to add a separate finisher. Absolutely awesome!

Wow what a great work out! I did it over two days because it was a little intense for me but I can't wait to o it again. Inner thigh muscles i didn't know I had were sore for 3 days! Great energy, and also really helpful to follow Anna's modifications :)

Hi Pop sugar, I love this workout - it's one of my all-time top three. I haven't done it for a while and returned to it. For some reason there were 6/7 ads right in the middle of the workouts. Really irritating. One or two yes, or even 3/4 if there are interspersed during the breaks ... but this was just too much. In some other sites the ads are positioned in the breaks - much better. Hope this feedback helps :)
