I have watched several videos of East Asian cuisine recently which feature this type of boiled, smooth style of chicken. At first it seemed a little bit off-putting because the end result still looks so close to the raw chicken. But now I am curious to try it because everyone seemed to love it so much! when u try Asian taste, please accept them not with ur eyes but ur tongue. normally no asian chef serve chicken raw as ur home ground, same as here in Japan..

All my god, I just try this recipe, it's SOOOO GOOOD!! I never cook a meal that I think I can only eat by going to the restaurant! THANKs KIWAMI!
