Aunty Liew, we are watching your channel because of YOU - cheong hei and entertaining. Whenever you are in your kitchen cooking our favourite foodS, it is like us being in your kitchen WITH you. Most importantly, I learnt a LOT from you. Actually, most of us who cook and love to cook talk somewhat like you. Ha ha ha. 😆😆😆 Watching you give me a lot of confidence that I can cook too. Especially when you say, "Wu shuo wei or Mm gun yew (It doesn't matter). The equipment and sauces and ingredients that you use are not difficult to get. I don't really like to watch those who present their shows in a "professional" setting. They speak perfectly and are very meticulous in their cooking. There is NOTHING wrong with that. But I am very comfortable with Aunty Liew. When she cooks, she has a lot of fun! Honestly, I wish I spent more time in the kitchen with my mummy when she was here. She was a good cook too. Now she is with our Lord Jesus Christ in heaven. 😊
