Hello Dr. This is Isabella Swamy from kolkata . Today 18th of march i watched your video regarding the knee exercise. I' m having left side lower back pain plus both my thigh muscles are flabby, this is due to my age you will think, but this happened when l was in my late 30's in my left thigh. I really liked the exercises which you did and i too did it along with you. I think this will help me to get back my quadriceps and hamstring muscles. Thank you doctor. God bless you

Today only I saw. I did it all, along with you. I am 60 years old female. I'm already having a problem with the left knee and right ankle. I have been in medication for the last 2 months since swelling in both and not able to walk even for 10 minutes. If more than that I am getting swelling and pain. So, as much as possible, I wanted to get rid of the medication by doing all these by strengthening. Also I am already doing some exercises. And today, what you taught is also so good and easy to do as you said. Thank you so much, Dr 🙏

Sir.. all are nice. Next please give for back pain. One small suggestion.... when telling to take rest in lie down position .... tell them do makra asana. Both hand up. Leg hand or top of right hand....left chin top of right hand. Inhale exhale 2 times. This will help all. Only my idea. Please don't take it wrong

Dear Doctor, as you know osteoporosis, osteo arthritis affect mostly aged people above 60 years. I am 73 experiencing knee pain, my doctor suggests total knee rep. So can you release exclusive exercise workout videos for such people who are aged and in grade three.
