Schoolcraft county here. North of Seney. Weather has been crap. Deer have been elusive yet memories great.

You should plant some mixed grains like cloves and vegetable seeds and garlic bulbs and corn all around your camp with spice seeds. We also bush hogged lanes and added lots of clove and mixed grains for the couple hundred feet of lanes at each blind. You should ask a trapper to clean up some of those coyotes so you can have more 3 point buck on you property.

Congrats Nick. Dave, that blind that you and Nick put together sure looked toasty warm. Also, I am sure Nick enjoyed the workout but can't ya get a quad back to Nick's blind?

I just got home from my U.P. hunt. Nothing moving. Very sparce sign. Wolf tracks along side the few deer tracks. I had several blinds, all nothing. Even on the roads, I only saw one doe all week. It's getting worse every year. The wolves have taken over.
