Hi. Love your tutorials and the pattern generator, but I have a question re the swoncho. When I enter 5 sts/in, 7 rows/in, wingspan 56 in and length 28 in, it calculates the length correctly but not the width. It instructs me to knit 46 rows with increases, then 46 rows, and finally 46 rows with decreases for a total of 138 rows which equals 19.71 inches. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

I just made up a swatch using me KH260 brother bulky, input the numbers and according to the generator, this would be impossible to make because my machine does not have enough needles. The generated pattern has me starting at the right on 105 needles, which leaves about 10 needles on the machine empty, yet the pattern states I must increase to the right to 157 stitches......that many needles do not exist on bulky machine. Am I doing something wrong or is the generator not really designed to accommodate "any machine"?

If you don't have enough needles, you'll have to split the panel into two pieces with a seam down center.

It would help if you held the piece out showed exactly what section you're working on. Never in my life done this and I am not sure I understand what section you're working on
