EV exclusive service Centre അതാണ് വളരെ fast aayi ആരംഭിക്കേണ്ടത്.Tata yude E V യുമായി srvice center കയറി custemers ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകയാണ്.ഒരു service സെൻ്ററിലും EV specilized technicians ഇല്ല.Tata അവർക്ക് EV yude training കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ല.Tata യുടെ Taco team വന്നെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയൂ .TACO Team weekly 5 days മാത്രമേ working ഉള്ളു. Battery charge discharge ചെയ്ത് test ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള equipment ella ഡിലേഴ്‌സിനും ഒന്ന് എന്ന രീതിയിലെങ്കിലും available ആക്കണം.അല്ലാതെ customers നെ കൊണ്ട് 5 Times 20% ആക്കി slow charge ചെയ്യിക്കുന്ന Homwork പരിപാടി നിർത്തുക. വെറുതെ ഒരു product ഉണ്ടാക്കി service assure ചെയ്യാതെ കസ്റ്റമറെ എത്ര കാലം പറ്റിക്കാൻ കഴിയും . Customers നോട് അൽപമെങ്കിലും നീതി പുലർത്തുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ EV യുടെ Service Center ആ രംഭിക്കുക.

😢worst experience with Tata curvv ev. Got delivered it on 26th and auxiliary battery down issue occurred on 27. The car has to sent to workshop and still no resolution. Worst product. I have lost faith in TATA. 25 lakh wasted

It's not enough making these watering advertisements. Make real changes to showroom representatives and service engineers. That's what makes the wonderful tata cars look ugly on customers minds. That is where the real and only improvement required.
